Welsh Development did a phenomenal job on the construction of our home. The quality of construction is outstanding, including their sub-contractors, attention to detail and high-end finishes. Several of our friends have had horror stories of punch lists going unfinished, etc. Not when you work with Welsh Development. The post construction follow-up has been exemplary - all small items (paint touch-ups, etc.) remaining after we moved in were corrected immediately without any discussion. All of our questions were answered very timely and professionally. I have complete confidence in the integrity and commitment of Welsh Development and would buy a house for them again in the future without hesitation.

Great builder!
We interviewed many builders in the Chicago land area and decided after talking with Welsh Development that they would build our home. Welsh sat us down and described step by step the building process. The finished product was superb, along with the follow up calls to see how everything was coming along. Great company to work with.
